If you would like to have Amazon deliver to the hotel, make to you put the guest name (lead guest for the room) and allow enough delivery time. Disney charge $6 per parcel or bag of shopping to hold for you. they will keep items in a freezer if needed.

We perform at 4pm Orlando time (9pm UK) on Saturday 23rd May.

At 2pm cast will take a private bus to a rehearsal space in Epcot, with staff. Family and friends will make their own way to the stage.

We arrive to perform at 3.50.

Post performance ALL cast must immediately return to the cast bus, and meet family and friends back in the hotel. Disney does not all ow cast to take photos or interact with audience.

We will live stream the event on our Youtube chanel Artemis.studiosuk, and also video it for a clean copy later (which will also be posted to Youtube). Photos will be available in the gallery online post trip.

Please ensure you bring the following:

Black Disney tee shirt. this is to be work on stage in the performance, and on Friday when we arrive at Magic Kingdom for castle photos.

Epcot/Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios tee shirts. These are to be worn for cast photos at the parks.

Dance wear/performance wear as requested by Carla.

Costume shorts. These must be returned in a clean condition the week after the trip or a £20 charge will be made.
