Artemis College is now taking applications for place in our brand new full time performing arts college (Sept 2018), and a full and part time free musical theatre summer schools (August 2018).

Artemis College is the sister school of Artemis Studios (founded in 2007) and offers free (funded) full and part time performing arts training and qualifications to students aged 16-18.
We work with Big Creative Training, a large London school, to offer outstanding training in the heart of Berkshire. You can find out more about BCT at

Our full time and short courses are held in South Hill Park Arts Centre in Bracknell - allowing students to immerse themselves in a performing and visual arts environment. With dance studios, rehearsal rooms, two theatres, an amphitheatre, free car park, cafe on site and walking distance to local shops and the brand new Lexicon shopping centre in town - it is a perfect place to study!

Students will work towards a L3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts, as well as LAMDA, Trinity, RSL and Arts Award qualifications. You must have a C4 or above in GCSE Maths and English.a

All our tutors are qualified, and practicing industry specialists (actors, producers, directors, choreographers, writers and technical specialists). We have guest workshop leaders - and once a term the full time students visit a festival show, and where possible have a workshop or Q&A with a performer or creative associated with the show. Full time students will also enjoy visits and workshops from leading universities.

Our work experience programme is outstanding - with two agencies to help full time students gain paid acting credits, and partner theatre and events companies to gain experience on and off stage.

Full time students will also undertake up to 12 hours of enrichment a week - with free places in Artemis Studios Dance, Cheer and theatre companies. Each October we also visit Disney World in Florida to perform.

All our courses have a maximum of 24 places available (in some cases 14) - so apply soon to get a place on the course that will get you to the next level!

To apply for the full time school visit the website and complete an application form. You will also need to attend one of four open days with an interview. We will be offering a place to a maximum of 24 students for the first year group. Students can come form anywhere in the UK - as long as they can get to class!

To apply for the full or part time summer schools - register online - no audition needed! No prior exams are needed for the summer school.

Both the full time college, and our summer schools are totally FREE and funded for 16-18 year olds.

Artemis College was founded to provide amazing learning opportunities to the creative practitioners of the future.
Artemis Artistic Director Niki Robinson (graduate of BRIT School and Royal Central) said “I have been working with young performers for almost 20 years. In recent years it has become increasingly hard for those outside London, or without affluent families to access fantastic training opportunities. Artemis is not like other regional colleges - our focus is 100% on creative arts, and everyone involved works in the industry - we know what is needed to get our students to the next stage in their training and careers”.

This is an exciting chance for ambitious young performers to spend their sixth form years preparing for vocational university or employment.

Remaining opendays for 2018:

Saturday June 16th 10am-12pm

Sunday 1st July 2-3pm

To join in an open day - you MUST book a place first through the college website -
