Rehearsals from 9.30am Monday 24th July. Shows 5th & 6th August.

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (Teen Edition) is a coming of age musical with music by Dan Gillespie Sells and book and lyrics by Tom MacRae. The show is based on the true-life story of 16-year-old British schoolboy Jamie Campbell, as he overcomes prejudice and bullying to step out of the darkness and into the spotlight to become a fearless, fierce drag queen!

All bookings for paid places to go through the South Hill Park Box Office (not Artemis).

All funded places (for 16-118 year olds who will not be Artemis College students in Sept 23) go through Artemis College. Links below!

You will follow the Arts Award Bronze award, which is split into four parts:

Part A – You will demonstrate how you have developed your interest, knowledge and skills by participating in the Summer School.

Part B – Attend an arts event and reflect on whether you enjoyed it, the quality of the event and the art form involved. Then you will share your views with others.

Part C – You will do some simple research on an arts hero or heroine and communicate your findings to others.

Part D – You will share an arts skill by either assisting a professional arts leader in a workshop or pass on your arts skill to others by leading a short workshop.

You will be supported by the Artemis College teaching staff to complete this award. The award is designed to be completed during the summer school rehearsals and will only require one additional teaching session on Monday 31 July 2023 (more if work remains incomplete). Responses to each part can be made in any format including written, video, audio diary, blog, or social media posts.

South Hill Park and Artemis college reserve the right to invoice for one full space (£305) if the required work is not submitted by the deadline.
